Helping Daddy out in the garage
Cooper just loves getting dirty and loves to pretend to help you out in doing absolutely everything that we do. So on the weekend I let him loose out in the garage to help Daddy fix the race car. He had an absolute ball. He thought he was really helping passing Daddy the wrench when he needed but mostly just being a right pain in the butt. Luke was not so impressed when he started banging the screwdrivers on the newly painted duco though, oops!!

Baa Bums Shorties
I managed to score the gorgeous 4BF Merino "Penguin Playtime" at the last Baa Bums stocking and my gorgeous friend Kirsten, well her Mother-In-Law knitted these shorties for Cooper. She is a brilliant knitter and did a wonderful job! I love the colourways. There is also a matching beannie on it's way.
Thanks Katanya, Thanks Wendy

Our Afternoon In The Park
Cooper has been going stir crazy not being able to play outside as much with all this wet/cold/windy weather we are getting here in SEQ.
So the other day I bit the bullet, rugged him up and took him down to the park on his bike. He went crazy and we had such a nice time, just wanted to share some pics!!
Come on Mum, lets go

Mmmmmm Mud
We are about to finally finish the backyard HOORAY!!!
Before the turf gets laid I thought I would give Cooper the opportunity to have some messy mud fun and let him free in the backyard. Well he was literally like a pig in the mud, he loved every minute of it. In fact it was very hard to coax him inside afterwards. I bribed him with a bath so we both won in the end!
Apparently mud tastes quite nice!!

Kel's Cubbyhouse
Today we took the kids to Kel's Cubbyhouse at Southport for Mothers Group.
I'm still not sure who had more fun, the kids or us Mummy's!
Cooper had a ball and just loved going down the big slides with Mummy. He also thought it was hilarious throwing the balls out of the ball pit. We had lunch in the cafe and then let the kids at it again to wear themselves out before heading home. Thankfully Cooper crashed in the car afterwards.

Mmmmm Yummy

Custom Wooly Butts 'Lorikeet'
We received the yummiest woollies today! I got the ever so clever and talented Sue from Wooly Butts to knit these shorties for Cooper, although on my short stuff they are more like longies for now.
My inspiration was the "Lorikeet" bird. I wanted something bright and vibrant and she sure did deliver. Her knitting is beautiful.
These will be perfect for this winter and then great for spring/summer when they actually fit him as shorties, well that is if he grows some more.
